From a very young age, I have been searching for ways to learn, grow, develop, understand, connect and rise to a higher level of consciousness.
I got interested in meditation and many other different methods and techniques. All I have learned helped heal various aspects of my life, connect with others, and understand myself. The knowledge combined with experience and making many mistakes has been the key to moving forward.
With all this work, I was able to look at myself and realize that I was happy! I had been searching for happiness everywhere and realized I already had it. I just couldn't see it before.
There are many things that we know already, and we have forgotten... we just need to remember.
I'm grateful to all my teachers, my guides, and everyone that has been with me on this path; to be able to accept everything and everyone just as they are. I'm grateful to all my ancestors who gave me my life and the strength to be on the movement toward life.
Imagine living a happier and more meaningful life where you can accept yourself, the situations, and everyone around you just as they are, without judgment or criticism. A life where you know how to take care of yourself and put limits without feeling guilty. A life where you can be grateful for every single detail of it. A life where you can respect and honor the past, present, and future. A life with love, health, abundance, and success.

Liza Miron
With over 15 years of hands-on experience with different modalities, Family Constellations facilitator and trainer Liza Miron is passionate about nurturing growth, fostering awareness, and uncovering underlying threads that keep people from enjoying their lives. This is complemented by her dynamic academic background, including a BA in Business Administration, an MA in Coaching and Human Resources Management, and spectrum-wide certifications including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reiki, and Syntara System Energy Healing.
Liza understands that one can achieve a transcendent state of awareness through comprehension and connection. This was carried through her extensive global learning and experience spanning the USA, Spain, Italy, Belgium, France, Singapore, and Guatemala. The cultural immersion and multidisciplinary modalities merged to shape Liza's practice, featuring a unique combination of traditional wisdom and innovative methods.
Liza is deeply grateful to have begun her journey in the field of Family Constellations in 2006. She feels honored to have studied with Brigitte Champetier de Ribes in Spain and with Mark Wolynn, author of It Didn’t Start With You, in the United States. Since 2014, Liza has facilitated over 1,800 Family Constellations and led more than 280 group events.
Her style of facilitation is purely phenomenological, also known as the “Movement of the Spirit” approach. In this style, representatives move freely without direction, allowing the field to reveal what needs to be seen.
The healing phrases are spoken only by the client, supporting a direct and personal connection to their own healing journey.
At the heart of Liza's mission lies a vision of expanding the awareness of Family and Systemic Constellations. In alignment with this mission, she has a YouTube Channel and a Podcast, and in 2023, she launched a year-long Family Constellation Facilitator Training.
